Refund Policy

If a player registered with GRHA decides not to continue for the remainder of the season, they may request a refund, subject to the deductions outlined below.

All requests to de-register from GRHA must be submitted immediately by email to info@grha.ca.

Before the Season Starts
A refund will be issued for the registration amount paid, less a $50 administration fee.
Refunds will be issued by e-transfer to the email address provided by the registrant.

After the Season Starts
A refund will be issued for the registration amount paid, less:

• A $50 administration fee; and
• A pro-rated amount for all ice times that have already passed.

The player’s team jersey must be returned before the refund can be processed. Any ice times that pass before the jersey is returned will be included in the amount deducted from the refund.
